Special case. What should be done with Twist?

He’s a kitten around two months old and despite his problem his general condition is good, he eats well and he wants to play. He can feel his paws but cannot coordinate them, so he can’t use them properly. Besides, he urinates and defecates only when he’s really full, meaning he’s incontinent. Theoretically he could live, but that would mean special cares that take time and dedication. He might be kept in a separate enclosure, a kind of room just for himself, and he should be helped to empty his bowels.
We assume there’s nobody willing to take care of a kitten in this situation and that’s why we’re inclined to consider euthanasia in his case.
But, as it would be the last option, we dare to hope there is a way to heal him, taking into account that he is still a very young kitten.
