Philip was abandoned near a block when he was just a puppy. Unfortunately, he and his sister were chased away and beaten by a woman … who was bothered by the little ones. So they stayed for a while near a pile of trash, hoping to get some food.
When we decided to collect his brothers, we didn’t know about Philip’s existence behind the block … but when we found him we collected him without hesitation.
He is a little skittish, and this is probably due to the beating he got. He needs a big soul to love him and consider him a family member.
