The tomcat was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/media\/set\/?set=a.629883347083348.1073742196.376586535746365&amp;type=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">either hit by a car or brutally beaten.<\/a> He has a broken leg, his ears are tore apart and has multiple fight wounds on his face from encounters with other cats most probably. We have no idea for how long he agonized by the side of the road until someone stopped to help him.<br \/>\nHis condition is now stable and he is still hospitalized at City Vet clinc for further investigations and the surgery for the broken leg.<!--more--><br \/>\nWe hope he will recover well for we think he has good chances of being adopted as he is very handsome once you give him a bath and some cuddles.<\/p>\n<p>After the surgery, Waldo will need foster care.
