Special case. The analyses show she is dead

This was the phrase said by the vet that analyzed the blood samples: regarding what this blood samples show this dog couldn’t possibly live.
Let me tell you her story. Today I saw her sleeping on a side walk. I couldn’t believe she looked in this horrible way so I approached to see what’s wrong with her. I left immediately to seek for help. When I was back the female dog was slowly heading towards a road directly under the wheels of a car, or actually under the tram approaching her. I jumped in front of the tram and took her. She is hospitalized and the first analysis where made.
The female dog has:
-dirofilariasis (heart worms)
– sarcoptic mange
– demodectic mange
– babesiosis
And this is only the beginning.
The vet sawing the results was curious to see the dog too, that according to the analysis results should be dead.
She ate and this gives us hope that she may recover. We don’t know her age but she looks old, we do not know her other possible problems, we do not know if she has a chance, we know though that was IMPOSSIBLE to let her in the street as for sure someone else did.
Keep your fingers crossed to the little one because she really needs it.
