Roscoe was found with his brother Paco in a sewer on the outskirts of Bucharest. We suspect that they fell there when they were young, so when we found them they were very feral and wary of people and they were crying every time we approached them.
Now the two have started socializing, although they are still skittish.
Roscoe is a cautious doggy who will not let you hold him until he gets to know you, but he easily befriends other doggies.
