Cruella looks half Dalmatian and gives the impression of being a bad girl because she has not been socialized much. Once we understood what she had been through, it was easy to figure out that she is actually a very good girl turned bad by her hard life circumstances.
She needs a patient master, who is willing to love her for who she is, a nice dog with a good soul.
